Ferry operates throughout the year. L’ Express des Iles provides service from the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique as well as St. Lucia to Roseau at Roseau Ferry Terminal.

Roseau Ferry Terminal is situated in Roseau on the rehabilitated Roseau Jetty at Latitude 15°18'28"N and Longitude 61°23'56"W.

The ferry facility was constructed in 1995 and refurbished in 2007, to accommodate ferry passengers from St. Lucia and the French islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique. At the terminal there are offices for Customs, Port Authority, Plant Quarantine, Ships Agent and Immigration.
